Mail Club is a monthly subscription where you’ll receive a curated physical mail package from Prince of California. Each month features exclusive stationery, stickers, paper goods, and ephemera designed just for members.

You are charged monthly on the same day of each month after you sign up. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellations stop future charges, but do not reverse charges that have already processed for the current billing cycle. Also, feel free to reach out to me if you'd rather just PAUSE your subscription.

If you cancel before the payment date, you will not be charged for that month. If you cancel after that date, the monthly charge has already processed and will apply to that month’s Mail Club package.

No. Your subscription automatically renews using the card you entered at checkout. Clicking “save card” is optional and only affects future one-time purchases, not your subscription.

Payment issues are usually caused by: • Bank fraud protection • Expired or replaced cards • Address or ZIP code mismatches • Debit card restrictions If this happens, simply update your payment method, try another card, or try a different browser.

Most of the time, yes. Confirmation emails can sometimes be delayed or filtered into spam or promotions folders. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and I’ll happily confirm your order for you.

Mail Club packages ship once per month after billing has completed. Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on volume and location. Typically, Mail Club ships toward the end of the month.

To receive that month’s Mail Club package, you must sign up on or before the 15th of the month. If you sign up after the 15th, your first Mail Club package will be sent with the following month’s mail, and your subscription will begin with that cycle. This helps ensure every Mail Club package is packed thoughtfully and shipped smoothly 💌

Right now, I only ship within the United States. UNLESS, you sign up for my International Mail Club and receive monthly mail from me. International shipping has become too unreliable for my customers, especially with multiple Canadian postal strikes in the last year causing long delays. All orders ship within 7 business days of being placed. Here’s how tracking works depending on what you ordered: • Sticker-only orders: These ship without tracking (to keep shipping costs low!). If you’d like an estimated delivery window, you can email me anytime and I’ll happily check for you. USPS likes to take their time, but I have never had them lose an order out-right. If anything causes them issues they will return it to me and I will let you know immediately. • Orders containing washi tape or journals: These do include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.
